The Peace of Paris is notable for being the set of treaties that ended the American Revolutionary War. There are a few historical notes corresponding to geographic regions: "The whole of the Territory watered by the Mississippi and its branches, claimed by the French, and Ceded by them to Great Britain in the Treaty of 1763"; "Lands granted by the English to the Ohio Compy. Claimed also by the French."; and "The Spaniards Claimed the County to the 33 [degrees] N.L. until 1763."
