Original title page (no cover wrap) with paper repair and two tears on right bottom side of fragile paper. Complete booklet bound inside however, without the view of Winnipeg plate at the end of the volume. Handwritten 1989 previous owners' name on the first blank. At least 60 blank pages added to "fill-out the leather binding on this book. Otherwise in good condition.
