Two page letter typed and signed. Dated Grace Church, Canton, New York, May 7, 1959. Great genealogical letter to Dr. Wallace. Very good condition.

Rev. Duncan Fraser in 1953 was pastor of Christ Church, Cooperstown, was reassigned to Grace Church, Canton. In 1960 The Rev. Duncan Fraser retired after seven years as Rector of Grace Church, Canton, N. Y. and the Frasers (Duncan & Dorothy) returned to a house in Johnstown, N. Y., which they bought three years previouly. Fraser focused his attention on a history of Johnstown's pre-Revolutionary period. In 1964 William Fraser, Senior, U.E., and his descendants in Fulton County, New York, and Grenville County, Ontario (Johnstown, N.Y.). 66p. map 100 copies. Fraser was also a descendant and chronicler of the family of Richard Duncan Fraser, fur trader, merchant, militia, officer, farmer, justice of the peace, politican and office holder. b.c. 1784 in the province of Quebec.
