Niagara Niagara has a rich history including Natives, French, British and Canadian explorers, settlers creating many historical legends and events. Hennepin was the first to write and have in print, a description and image of the Fall of Niagara in 1683 (first drawing of the Falls was published in his 1697 French edition and the first English edition of his book a year later in 1698). Since we work and live in the Niagara Region (St. Catharines, Ontario) we offer some items of "local" interest. These items all have some relating interest to Niagara.
